If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent returns and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Start a Return

Return Authorization

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.

Packaging

Please securely package the item in its original packaging together with all included accessories.

The RA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the current item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred product.
