Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has already been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you receive an incorrect, missing or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and a short description of the issue so we can help you quickly.

Yes. Our store uses secure SSL encryption and trusted payment providers to process your order safely. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Tracking information can take 1–2 business days to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Please check again later.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
