If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
How to Start a Return

Return Authorization
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.
Packaging
Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and included materials.
RA Number
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the current product. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
